🛡️ Safe and Responsible Betting

ckk999's commitment to responsible gaming

ckk999 is always with you to ensure enjoyable entertainment — we protect players in Bangladesh through deposit limits, self-exclusion, and a strict 21+ age policy.

Our Commitment

Gaming should be entertainment, not addiction

ckk999 believes that online betting is an enjoyable form of entertainment — as long as it stays in control. We want every player on our platform to play in a safe environment, understand their own limits, and feel comfortable seeking help when needed.

Responsible gaming means you decide how much time and money you spend. Our platform has a number of tools that make it easy for you to make those decisions. On this page, we will explain all those features, rules, and support options in detail.

Remember: betting is never a source of income — it is simply a form of entertainment. If the game no longer feels enjoyable or you are finding it hard to stay in control, our support team is always ready to help you.

For ages 21 and above only

Registration and betting at ckk999 are permitted only for individuals aged 21 or above. We follow the necessary verification process to prevent minors from using the platform. If you find out that a minor is using your account, contact us immediately.

Protective Tools

Tools for your control

ckk999 gives you full control over your play — use these tools and enjoy responsibly.

Set deposit limits

Set your own limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A set waiting period applies for increasing a limit.

Time limits and time-out

Use session time-outs to avoid playing for too long at a stretch. Temporarily deactivate your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. Betting will be completely paused during this time.

Self-exclusion

Choose self-exclusion if you want to take a longer break. Options are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Your account will be completely locked during this period.

Betting history review

View your complete betting history and records of deposits and withdrawals at any time. Analyse your spending patterns and make informed decisions when needed.

Reality check reminder

Turn on the reality check to receive pop-up notifications at set intervals. The notification will show a summary of your total play time and spending — the decision is yours.

24/7 support team

Our Bengali-speaking support team is with you day and night for any issue. Speak directly via live chat or contact us by email — we are always ready to help.

Common Questions

Questions and answers about responsible gaming

Yes, but not before the set period ends. Once a short-term exclusion (such as 30 or 90 days) is over, you can contact the support team to reactivate your account. However, if you choose permanent exclusion, the option to reverse it is very limited. Even after the exclusion period ends, our support team will reach out to you in the first few days to make sure you are doing well.

Yes. Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit is subject to a set waiting period — this protects you from the impact of impulsive decisions. This policy helps players make deliberate and informed choices.

No, self-exclusion can only be activated by the account holder themselves. However, if you believe a family member is in trouble, contact us directly via live chat or at [email protected]. Our support team will provide the right guidance based on the situation.

Yes, completely safe. Your account balance will remain intact during a time-out or self-exclusion. Only betting and new deposits are paused during this period. Once the time-out ends, you can withdraw as normal. Visit our FAQ page for more details.

When you turn on the reality check, you will receive a message at set intervals (for example, every 30 minutes or 1 hour). The message will show a summary of your total play time, wins, and losses. You can choose to keep playing or take a break — the decision is entirely yours.

No. Registration and betting at ckk999 are only for those aged 21 or above. This policy is strictly enforced. If there is any doubt during age verification, additional documents may be requested. Protecting minors is our highest priority.
